A Normal Pill. Pac-Lan collects these for points. Ghosts collect these to increase their kill timer. Both collect for points and positional updates.
A power pill. Once collected, Pac-Lan has 60 seconds in which he can kill the ghosts (by tagging the RFID on their back).
